产品介绍  SeaKem® Gold Agarose是一种高凝胶强度，低EEO（电渗），标准凝胶温度的琼脂糖。这种遗传学技术级别（Genetic Technology Grade™ Agarose）的琼脂糖zui适于在脉冲场凝胶电泳法（pulsed field gel electrophoresis-PFGE）实验中快速分辨巨大碱基对DNA：长片段及超长片段DNA。由于SeaKem®Gold Agarose金胶琼脂糖的低EEO特性，在SeaKem®Gold琼脂糖凝胶电泳实验中，DNA电泳迁移率远远超过传统的琼脂糖凝胶电泳。PFGE的跑胶时间依使用的缓冲液和琼脂糖浓度的不同可减少至原电泳时间的50%。因其高凝胶强度，即使是使用低浓度（0.5%的SeaKem Gold琼脂糖凝胶），操作处理依然很方便，从而允许在常规电泳中分离更大的DNA fragment并减少PFGE中的DNA分离的耗时。为了更好的在PFGE电泳后对大片段DNA回收，推荐使用 SeaPlaque™ GTG™ Agarose和ß-Agarase。
